A Tucson police employee who was fired as a result of a massage parlor investigation earlier this year has been reinstated.
Vincent Valenzuela was reinstated with a 40-hour suspension at a Civil Service Commission hearing, according to Lane Mandle, a city of Tucson spokeswoman.
