FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - Fairfax County police say a 55-year-old massage therapist has been arrested for allegedly touching a 25-year-old woman inappropriately.
Detectives obtained 12 warrants for Juan Carlos Villanueva, who was arrested Thursday and charged with inappropriate touching, practicing without a license and operating an unlicensed massage business.
