If an ad states "no extras" or something similar, I either don't go at all, respecting their upfront wishes, or I go expecting no extras. I've occasionally developed enough of a relationship that it goes past the professional point, but I never go in expecting that.
But, the ads I don't get are the ones with the cleavage and "hot girl" in the ad or similar and then a lot of offense taken when guys are interested in extras. This ad as an example......
