I have found out recently that Flirt is putting on the finishing touches to their new location in the same building as Perla. The Flirt location is right on the corner of Victoria Park and Sparks. I looked up the information on the building permit for that location which is posted on the window and the City of Toronto confirmed that it is registered to Flirt and it is for a 12 room mp. I can not wait to see what Tiana does with some real competition next door. this will be great for us.
