Wanting to try for the first time - Dufferin/Eglinton area

I've been very stressed out lately and thinking of finally going to an mp. Anything good in this area? Not really down to travel far to get home after relaxing ahah. Asians below early thirties preferably. If not, any good suggestions around the King Station area since I'm there quite frequently as well.

Also, anything I need to know before doing this? Rules, courtesies, etc.
